Fiery Chicken Fries were burnt. the 8 Pc. Chicken Nuggets Meal nuggets were undercooked. I paid for 2 extra BBQ sauces, but not only did they not give me the complimentary ones, they didn't give me the ones I paid for. a common problem with them.

I wouldn’t recommend the Royale Chicken. It wasn’t cooked properly and had a rubbery texture, almost like it was either undercooked or not fresh. This location usually does a great job, so I was surprised and disappointed with this order.
