The Hash Browns were hard as a rock, they add one small piece of burnt bacon on the Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich and the sausage was over cooked and rubbery on the Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich. It was not worth what I spent on it. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again

Overcooked mozzarella Fiery Mozzarella Fries. No straws for my sodas. All thesodas were flat. My burger was cold. I was very dissatisfied with the my order. I essentially paid 30 dollars for rocks and cold food

Was really wanting the Royal BK Spicy Royal Crispy Chicken Meal but I received a call from dasher and had BK staff on phone saying that BK was out of that item and the ONLY thing that it could be replaced with was a Whopper or the regular chicken sandwich that could be made how I wanted, both of which are less expensive than what I wanted and paid for. Medium whopper meal 11.69. Medium Royal spicy crispy 13.03. I pointed this out and was told to reach out to DD to get refunded for the sandwich they don't have. Meh...really wanted that chicken

Burger was burnt and I did not receive the cookies I ordered. Instead I got ice cream. While its fine if something was not available it would have been nice to inform the customer and maybe offer a refund.
