The biscuit we received are as hard as a rock, and the hash browns are also hard and crunchy. I cannot believe I paid for something inedible like this.

I love our Lowell Burgerking. The staff is always super nice in person, and my orders are always out quick and exactly how I like them when I order through doordash.

Took long to prepare. Food was cold. Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap Meal were unwrapped and cold. Fries were definitely double salted .
