Ordered a Royal Crispy Chicken Meal. Chicken had a stringy, waterlogged texture. Only the edges were crispy. I also asked for x4 Ketchup Packet and got a grand total of zero. Burger King is letting their quality slip. Both food and service.

the meal was cold and undercooked the fries were stale and cold the buns were soggy definitely the worst burger King I've ordered at recently
