I've ordered from this location a few times, and have been happy with the quality.
Simple things like allowing customers to request dipping sauce when they order, or allowing instructions on orders, would be helpful.
I had to call the store and ask for zesty sauce with my order, and still they gave me the wrong sauce.
Also, they are usually quicker at this location, but today it seems they did not actually start making my order until the dasher arrived.

Extremely disappointed. The chicken sandwich looked like it was made with old chicken and was excessively oily. The fries were stale and tasted reheated. None of the food seemed fresh, and the overall quality was unacceptable. I paid full price for a fresh meal and received food that appeared old and poorly prepared. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.
