The fries and onion rings are very stale and hard . I couldn't even eat them. The burger was good

The bottom half of my Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich was rock hard as well as most of the hashbrowns. French toast sticks tasted great

Ordered a royal crispy chicken sandwich and large fry delivered by door dash. Mind you, I live only one mile from BK.
Sandwich was cold and dry, fries were cold and dry. Reheated fast food is not good.

Fries were mushy and cold terrible. The burgers were hot as hell which was perfect so why can't the fry's be hot too?
