Love the food but why give me a 2lb burrito when you don't give me any salsa for it?

Honestly the cup was taped up and it was unclear that it was filled beyond the brim, so it seemed like i was supposed to take the cap off, and when i tried to take the cap off it, a bunch of it just poured out everywhere. So on one hand, its filled to the brim, but on the other hand, why would taking the cap off cause it to spill everywhere

The original chicken sandwich is not how I originally remember it tasting. Used to love this sandwich but today it wasn't crispy, tasted bland/salty and had the texture of like a fish cake. None of this meal sat well with me AND it took almost an hour to deliver (not fault of driver). Quoted 25-35 min originally. Slowest fast food ever. HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie is still amazing - get that.

I regularly order the Eggnormous burrito and it comes with bacon eggs hash browns cheese sausage and a sauce. These two Eggnormous burritos that cost almost 7 bucks were full of egg cheese and bacon. I knew immediately they weren't made right and I had to get two of them so I could get my food ordered. Super disappointed and kind of angry. I haven't received salsa since the first burrito 6 orders ago and BK doesn't even let you add special instructions whether it's through Door dash or their own delivery option/ online order from their app and website.
