This store is the only fast food restaurant that I know in Madison to keep everything fresh. French Fries hot and crisp. Royal Crispy Chicken always wins. Now they have Honey Mustard Flame-Grilled Chicken Wrap. :D

Food was luke warm and portion ws miniturized. The onion rings are not onion, they are the fake ones.All in all, VERY disappointing.

I ordered two Strawberry Lemonade drinks, instead of mentioning anything about being out, they just sent Hi-C fruit punch. I paid more for the other drinks, and I've had them before, I know what they look and taste like. Can't even get a full refund from DoorDash because a product was technically sent, even if it is one that is not wanted.

My food was hot, but my sandwich was saturated in mayo and ketchup making it a lot less enjoyable. My drink had no ice in it and was still watered down.
