Sloppy. They seem to regularly short something in the order. This time, it was the extra dipping sauces I ordered and had to pay for. The food was good, and I could easily give them 5 stars if they would just double check the order before it goes out for delivery. Unfortunately, several restaurants in this area have that same problem.
