They specifically added the items ketchup and pickles, which were to be taken off. $2.16 refund is offensive as a Whopper is definitely more $$ than that and the sandwich was WRONG!!

when I order I'm usually missing something this time I was missing my 12pc chicken fries and the produce on the wraps were nasty and mooshy

Mozzarella Fries were not great. it was dry, hard and tasted old and stale...same with the fries.
