Ordered two whopper jrs with bacon added. Both were prepared perfectly and tasted great. Nice and warm when they arrived.

I work close to this establishment and every time it's always different it has way too much mayo or not enough ever or so little lettuce or brown lettuce. It's a consistent thing and I get it for convenience and it's always messed up. It doesn't taste good when your chicken sandwich is 90% mayo. I even scraped some of it off with my napkin till I realized it was completely covered on both sides with easily 6 tbsp of mayo.

Chicken sandwich is mostly mayo and you guys consistently inconsistent with your food. Whether it be 3 pieces of lettuce on a chicken sandwich or having brown lettuce or having almost no mayo to having an entire sandwich front and back covered in mayo. I order from here often and trust me if I have another issue I'm bringing the food in so you guys can re-make it.

The lettuce on my sandwich was brown. I had to take it all off. I ordered a Mocha coffee, and it has no mocha at all. I'm very disappointed

I've never had a burnt biscuit from fast food before. Hash browns were stone cold; nothing tasted Fresh.
