Bacon, was barely cooked. The croissant and the hash rounds looks and taste like they were cooked yesterday.

Why remove the one burger that made our family come back to you? The Maple Bacon Jalapeño burger was awesome! Now you have burgers again with the same taste other than maybe a change in a sauce like the Star Wars creamy BBQ. Nasty and either too much sauce or barely any, just too inconsistent! When you make something as awesome and flavorful like the Maple Bacon Jalapeño burger, that made my family want to eat it every week, why remove it from the menu to replace with an everyday, blah burger! We will not return until we see our burger back on the menu!

Royal Crispy Chicken picture has lettuce and tomatoes. My order only had a small chicken patty and bread.

all of the nuggets were overcooked and cold the fries were soggy and I didn't get two of the 4 drinks I ordered
