I'm choosing Burger fi over other restaurants because my problem digesting bad quality ingredients. I notice the premium quality in all my B.Fi orders. Delicious and not over spiced, great. !

Made a large order well over $150, I didnt get the right burgers and nothing was labeled. The onion rings were huge but really lacked in flavor. The fries were dry and over cooked. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered didn't even have any bacon on it.

first and last time I'm ordering from here , chicken NEW! 12 CHICKEN WINGS was old reheated and hard, I had to request money from door dash , ONION RINGS (REGULAR) horrible undercook and bad

The bacon ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER was not in my sealed bag. The restaurant forgot to include it with my order and I was unable to call due to the restaurant being closed. The strips were hard, the other BURGERFI CHEESEBURGER was fine.
