First time ordering at this place. Glad they opened one in Burbank. Loved the Pastrami Sandwich, the Mini Matcha Monster Milkshake is delicious, I'm saving the one Ube Leche Flan Cupcake and Ube Butter Bars for dessert tonight! I've had them before and they're heavenly.

These two were great! Taste refreshing and the tai tea was tasty and strong! Perfectly sweetened! Would definitely order again! And the price wasn't bad for the portion!
