I ordered two pork, Barbacoa salads and they were pathetic. I asked for extra rice no beans and there was hardly any rice. There's hardly any meat. There was hardly any of anything. I asked for extra chips and there was less chips on it that a regular salad would come with. Ever since they moved to the new building there product has gone downhill.

Cafe Rio used to be my favorite place on earth. Before moving to Utah, I craved it and couldn't wait to make it part of my weekly rotation. The house dressing flavor has digressed to where all you can taste is mayo. The pork is tough and usually in big chunks and not shredded and the ingredients are not fresh like they once were. So disappointing.

Hello! This evening is the second time I have ordered the Shredded Pork Burrito. On both occasions, I cut my burrito in half, but could not taste the pork while eating. This evening, I decided to open the tortilla and have attached a copy of my open burrito. Please note, there is one piece of pork in the center of the tortilla; I have placed cilantro around the pork. The tortilla is full of rice and beans, which is much cheaper than pork! Very expensive and disappointing!

The salad was so good! The only problem I found was that the lettuce was fairly brown and tasted a little bitter. But overall, not the worst. I've had food from here before without issues. I think it could've just been an off day
