Not serious. I ordered 3 chocolate croissant and it was replaced without asking me to whatever 3 chocolate items they had, a stale burned cookie, a sad looking brownie and a muffin. it's not the first time items are replaced without asking. At least it was refunded when I complained.

Chicken salad croissant came warm (the salad which has mayo was warm too) which was absolutely disgusting. The cinnamon bun was dry with barely any icing.
