Frozen patties, pre-cooked and heated, the meat has zero juice or taste, you're basically chewing on a tasteless piece of burger meat mixed with some lettuce, onions and a thin slice of tomato. Even at 2 for $13, it's not worth it.

I ordered the Hamburger Combo and Lava Cake, and they were meh. I received a cheeseburger, good thing I'm not lactose intolerant, but I really don't like American cheese. I ate it cuz it cost so much. The fries were super basic, definitely not fresh cut. Fine if you're desperate for a burger, but like, not great.

Since when is a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich made with ground beef and comes topped with lettuce and tomato? Definitely doesn't match the descriptor of what was expected. Also came with fries (which was a bonus) instead of the chips so completely different from what I ordered. I've had it from Stak'd before with no issues so not sure what's changed since. Wouldn't order this again if this is the new standard

forgot my drinks the first order. gave me only one drink the second order and it was the wrong drink. food was amazing though.
