baked potato was hard as a brick. have to finish cooking it later. next time I'm getting mac and cheese. two of the fish pieces were finger thin strips of fish. not real pieces. the fish was hot and fries were fresh

From the time of ordering it took almost an hour for the food to be ready. The fries were kind of hard. The corn tasted like soap for some reason. The fish was ok but have definitely had it better from here before. Very disappointed tonight.

Well to start the drink was small and I ordered a large, the fish was hot but literally everything else was cold, fries were cold and coleslaw was hot, tasted like it was on the verge of going bad. I looove captain Ds so I was upset for sure.

I love Captain D's! I'd say 80-90% of the time my order is fresh and yummy, the fish is cooked perfectly, my condiments and utensils are all there and everything is on point :). Then 10-20% of time fish is cold and greasy, my dang honey mustard and cocktail sauce isn't there :(. My opinion is though is that those are decent odds for a door dash fast food restaurant on Normandy ❤️❤️. I will definitely keep ordering from here 😋😊
