Carl's Jr will always be my "Go To" place amongst fast food restaurants. And this location on Bernal Rd is the best of San Jose. I never wait for very long to get my food and the employees are friendly and professional. They make me want to visit again. And I will!

Spicy Chicken Sandwich was nasty. I paid extra for cheese and it had no cheese and the chicken itself wasnt spicy. they added jalepenos. it should be called jalepeno chicken sandwich. I would not order agsin

for $30 my fries that I didn't unedably stale. I never got my onion rings. lettuce was soggy. the chicken and bun were great and the zucchini passed( still had a Lil crunch).

The flavor of the hamburger wasn't as good as it used to be. Carls Jr. tends to be a little more expensive than other fast food places. I think that I'll stick with McDonald's.

the patty was not cooked. everything else was good fresh vegetables and cheese. but patty was uncooked.
