The spicy Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was awful. The chicken was barely present in the burger. Everything else we ordered chicken wise was delicious. Hey Carls....use your hand breaded chicken for the spicy chicken.

My bread was extremely hard and cold. When I dine in it's usually okay but when I order delivery there's always something wrong with the food. Also they never gave me my milkshake.

Loaded Breakfast Burrito missing hash browns and salsa and had grease inside. Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ had bland gravy with little sausage and consistency was off, seemed over diluted.
