The BBQ chicken sandwiches were so salty they were inedible, and the chicken was so rubbery we couldn't chew it. I normally love their food, but this was awful! The onion rings were good though.

I always order the Big Carl and the Guacamole thick burger. Food is always delicious. I wished there was an option to take off certain items off burgers though, other than that food tasted fresh and they were fast with my order.

I ordered the Double El Diablo Combo and the bottom bun was so thick with white powder when I took a bite, all I could focus on was the massive amount of powder in my mouth and lips... never experienced somthing like this before..

The fries tasted old. There was no sauce on the hamburger definitely would not order again from here.
