The fajita burrito is always my go-to and it NEVER disappoints. It's so filling I can never finish the full burrito so I get two meals for the price of one. Absolutely love Carmelita's!!!!

Pozole Soup Bowl is my favorite item from this restaurant. Always full of flavor and yummy tender bits. Great buy since I eat half for lunch and some for later or split with a friend. I really appreciate that they have the option to note allergies as I have a gluten intolerance and the restaurant took time to be sure I was contacted about the Extra Bag Chips being fried in the same oil as wheat items so I should avoid eating them.

Always so good! Portions are perfect for all members of my family. The Fresh Guacamole has so much flavor it's worth the price. The Steak & Chicken Fajitas and shredded beef tastes great.

We're vegetarian and ordered a veggie taco salad. I don't like onions but usually have no problem picking them out. There were SOOOOO many onions that my plate was half full of them before I was able to eat the salad at all, which left very little additional food in the salad. There was hardly any lettuce or peppers. My husband, who actually likes onions, thought I was being dramatic but when he went to eat his taco salad, he understood what I was saying. He ended up throwing his away because it was so full of onions and so awful. This is a huge change from our usual experience with Carmelita's. We often go there to celebrate family events, enjoy great food, and a great experience. I actually ordered this because it was our anniversary and we weren't able to get out so I thought this would be a nice consolation.

I got the combo number 2 with a cheese enchilada and shredded beef taco. it came with beans and rice and chips and salsa. So good! The cheese in the enchilada just melted in my mouth. I have never tried corn tamale cakes before so I took a chance and they were out of this world. Definitely try it! The corn cakes were sweet, leveled out by the avocado, feta cheese and the pickled onion....total Yum!!!
