Somehow on my previous review thumbs down was selected this couldn't be further from the truth I absolutely loved this order, the following is what I wrote:
Excellent Crackling Pork Belly Banh Mi even though I ordered 10 minutes until the shop closed, Kenny's used to be my favourite for this food but now Carter's is. Rice Paper Roll - Prawn is excellent and big. Carter's is excellent quality and great value, only wish they were open for dinner delivery.

Very generous portions! The rice paper rolls are very big, the Banh mi super fresh and delicious. I would absolutely order again!

Carter's banh mi is so fresh. Tasty. Huge portions. U need to hold one banh mi with 2 hands, specialluly the pork crackling it self so crispy. Crackling Pork Belly Banh Mi 200% recommend

Excellent Crackling Pork Belly Banh Mi. Easily the best in redfern. Perhaps sydney too. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is potent and amazing!
