We think Carvel might make the best ice cream in town. Very smooth and creamy. Excellent texture. The Vanilla Chocolate twist in a cup is our favorite.

The store continuously does not correctly fill the order. Call to ask them to keep a close eye on the order details and they argued that it was the dashers fault. The bag comes stapled and with 3 of the 4 ice creams that were ordered and paid for. The manager was unable to comprehend that the incomplete orders was not going to be corrected until the store keeps a close eye on the order details as they are the ones who packs up the order.

Paid over $30 to not receive 2 sundaes that I ordered and the 2 shakes about 2/3 of the way full. What a joke. I've never had an order mess up this bad before from here, but this is ridiculous. Way to lose a customer.
