Personally I love this ice cream shop, but they disappointed me. They didn't read what I ordered so my order was messed up. Who ever did it disappointed me. Overall great place but read your orders carefully.

Carvelanche® was only half full and not even the right order. If i wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream i would have ordered that. Very disappointed

Items weren't available, but rather than contact us (which was what was chosen under special instructions) they just chose similar items for us and cancelled one item.
