Yes, it's health food. It's also delicious. I made a salad with Chicken and a bunch of the various toppings and added an extra side pita (Two total since the salad comes with one already). I was able to make two entire sandwiches from the salad with more leftover to eat with a fork. The food is prepared well, the ingredients taste super fresh (both veggies and protein), and the prices feel very fair for what you get, even with the inflated DoorDash menu.

10 out of 10. Will order again. Great taste and good amount for the price. You can add almost anything to the Greens + Grains Bowl and it will be delicious and the Salted Chocolate Oat Cookie was also very filling and easy on the digestive system. And the Cucumber Mint Lime drink almost made me order again. Good thing I got the large.

My instructions were not at all followed. The rice was stale, old and with lumps. Cabbage was also stale color went black and tasted bad.
I paid extra for roasted Eggplant Dip but didn't received it. Also I had request 2 servings of Shrug dip, feta and other things but didn't received it.
Cauliflower was also added without being requested.

Love Cava!!! Their tzatziki sauce, all the flavor, everything is just so good! Definitely would get again, portions aren't as big as Chipotle but it's still so good!

Cava is the best fast casual place in my opinion! The garlic dressing and skhug are a couple of highlights..I always get the splendidgreens in my Greens + Grains Bowl.
