CAVA never misses. The Greens & Grains Bowl was fresh, bright, & layered with flavor in every bite the kind of bowl that feels both satisfying & clean.
The Chicken & Rice was tender & seasoned just right, & the Grains Bowl had that perfect balance of warm grains & crisp toppings that makes it super comforting. The Harissa Avocado Bowl stood out the most creamy, spicy, & packed with bold Mediterranean flavor.
Everything tasted fresh, portions were solid, & the quality was consistent across the board. This spot is one of those places you end up craving again because it just hits every note.

I had a lot of toppings on my Chicken + Rice bowl and they included the dressings on the side so it wasn't soggy and too packed. Good portion size and very delicious!

Grains Bowl the rice is plain rice (could use a little more cooking), it's definitely not saffron rice.
there was maybe half a teaspoon of tzatziki and my roasted eggplant dip is missing
Pineapple Apple Mint and Blueberry Lavender barely taste like anything
the Steak + Feta and Spicy Chicken + Avocado were not too terrible.

The Spicy Lamb Meatball pita was delicious, with fresh crisp tasting vegetables. The shkug was delicious as well. Everything's wrapped in a soft, fresh pita. Delivery and packaging were great too everything arrived in place.

Cava was better than chipotle to me for a while. I would get extra honey harissa chicken and rice with my fav sides. However, the chicken is noticeably different. It doesn't taste, look, nor feel real. Its disgusting. I had to pick it all out (& I paid fo extra) because I thought the last few times were just a one-off but no. Its worse & worse every time I get it now. Disappointed & wont be back.
