Apparently a"full portion" of falafel is only 4 falafel balls now, and they keep not giving me utensils even when I specifically ask for them. the food is good but every time I order from here they're either out of something, they don't have the food ready, or something is missing.

Spicy Lamb Meatballs x2 | Received all braised lamb
Side of hot harissa vinaigrette & Skhug | Received vinaigrette only
Then lets get to the toppings - Tzatziki [yes], Crazy Feta®[none], Harissa [yes], FieryBroccoli [yes], Fire Roasted Corn [none], Pickled Onions [yes]. WTH, you're better than this normally, and I paid for good food & service.....not McDonalds

The food here is great, my favorite is the Harissa Avocado bowl but their falafels are fantastic too! My only complaint with this place is they usually take a while to make your order, usually because they run out of items and are waiting for more to come out of the kitchen. I think I've eaten here 3 or 4 times and it's happened every time, but at least my food has been fresh I guess!

Cava is usually delicious, but unfortunately, this last go round they did not send the dressing with my chicken and rice bowl. It is frustrating to pay for a meal and then receive incomplete portions. The rest of my bowl was delicious and I would order it again.
