My bowl came half full I paid for full portions got 3 falafel and the brown rice is all burnt like when it's all stuck at the bottom of the pot burnt. Super disappointed

I never have any issues with cava in store...
First time ordering through dd I'm vegan that's important. Not to sound picky, but I'm allergic to certain foods... such as dairy. I had a flake of feta in my food no big deal... but while munching on my veggies I noticed this piece of steak... the rice is crunchy as well. I hope this helps management in the area of catering to their customers in person and on dd.

There was only 1 pita bread, usually it comes around 4 pieces plus it was just thrown in there
