We ordered my husband a half beef and chicken bowl and they didn't add either. When I called they said we could go pick it up. (Defeated the purpose of us ordering DoorDash) told them we couldn't. They said we could go online and ask for a refund.

I ordered a chicken and rice bowl but the chicken was missing. I only received a portion of the cost of the bowl. I believe the chicken is the man component of the bowl not a portion. It's like ordering a meat lovers pizza and only receiving the toppings and cheese not the crust.

We love CAVA! They're normally very spot on with our order but this time they forgot a few ingredients in each of our bowls. But overall still such good flavor and good portions
