Centro Market is by far the absolute best Mexican food in Carson, hands down. They're a fair price too. The burritos are huge, like you need two hands to properly hold one, and the meat is tender, and seasoned to perfection! They're the reason the chef's kiss was invented. If you haven't tried it, you need to!

Everything was soo good!! The Burritos were huge and the asada was very flavorful and tender. The Asada Fries were actually soooo good! I'm not usually a fan of them but theirs were seriously good! The Quesadillas were huge too. I got chicken and it wasn't bland at all.

The food was amazing. I highly recommend the lengua Tacos,Tostada De Ceviche Camarón and Rebanada Pastel De Tres Leches. The tres leches was the best I've had in while...very moist and not overly sweet. The ceviche was a generous portion with three hard tostadas, and the lengua is flavorful. Rice and Beans were good too. Plenty of food with leftovers for two people.

Talk about tasty!! No ugly styrofoam thank goodness and the green salsa was just right, full of flavor! I will order again, yum!! Came with a side of four really great tostadas, and lots of onions with really great slices of lime!

The food was delivered on time.
My burrito was huge and very filling, I was not able to finish it. I had a lot of meat so I was very pleased.
The taco were great as well, fill with meat topped with fresh cilantro and onions.
