Tamales oaxaquetios were wet and had an odd flavor that I could not place, almost... minty? The meat was supposed to be chicken but looked very much like pork.
Fajita plate beans were ok, rice was overcooked, meat and peppers were over cooked. Meat was dry but soaked in oil and the peppers were more black than orange. The tortillas' texture reminded me of the rubber gasket material I use at work. Typically fajitas have lettuce, sour cream, maybe a small bag of chips and that could have been a nice contrast of texture. The sauces were very spicy but had ok flavor.
