Salt Caramel Roasted Milk Tea was delicious, Thai Milk Tea was good, but was a bit watery and the tapioca pearls were all stuck together and some didn't have the greatest texture.

They were out of pearls and tried to call me to let me know. I missed their calls, so they substituted with a different topping that complemented the drink, and left a nice note on the cup letting me know. Great customer service!

hazelnut milk tea was meh, I got with original pearls. Tea itself doesn't have much flavor. Perhaps with another type of topping or a combo it could be better.
