One time they gave me a cookie instead of a brownie. No big deal. It was refunded, and the next time I placed an order I got a brownie for free in my bag. I don't know if they remembered and it was on purpose, but regardless- free brownie

I've order from here twice and the chicken has been so hard and nasty, so much so I wanted Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal and changed my mind and ordered from another restaurant.
