I just love the taste and the texture. The chicken has a nice crunch to its edges but soft and flavorful inside. The fries are crispy, the chicken sandwich is really good too

Bacon was not thoroughly cooked causing it to be slimy. Tea was too sweet which is unusual and hash browns were not crisp :(

I got granola and almonds instead of tortillas strips and Pepitas for my spicy chicken SW salad and the chicken is not seasoned or spicy at all. I want a full refund or replacement. The the spicy chicken and toppings are my favorite part of the salad! and that's what's missing!!
