Ran out of macaroni and cheese, so they substituted waffle fries. The macaroni and cheese is more expensive than the waffle fries and I don't order fries through – DoorDash because they're often cold. I wish the store or DoorDash driver could've text me and asked me what I wanted to substitute it, but they made the decision.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich looked great. When I bit into it, it was rubbery. I tried 2 more bites and the texture was solid, no shredding of the chicken like normal. I would have returned it and notified the manager if ihadnt received it from Door Dash.

Fries were cold, overcooked, and had no salt on them. Sandwich chicken had a large section that was off-tasting.

Worst experience I've ever had with chick fil a... strips were old and stale no almonds for the kale crunch salad and the fries were way over cooked. had it not been a doordash order I would've gone to the store to show them the mess they gave me! disgusted!
