Ordered 3 different combos each order of fries literally had 4-5 fries in each box even the large order
I also ordered a market salad with chicken strips and they didn’t add my chicken
Very upsetting especially since I paid $66 dollars for my order

We never have a problem but tonight we did. The waffle fries that were in the combo meal were burnt & cold. We had to throw them out. The nuggets were also burnt. It was like they had been refried so those couldn't be eaten either. Then the mac & cheese I ordered was cold & congealed, stuck together. It's like that had been sitting put since lunchtime. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed this evening.

I had order the wrong chicken deluxe , so I reached out to an agent for help and asked if they can help me change to order to a regular chicken deluxe and agent messaged me that that had been done . when order arrives it was the spicy chicken deluxe and since I have issues eating spicy foods I couldn't eat the food and had to throw food away .
