This rating is only for the Memphis branch. I usually get excellent items from various Chick-fil-A stores nationwide, this branch is a hard pass. Packaging is awful, both sandwiches came in crushed, chicken patties you can tell has been under a heat lamp too long so really dry and unappetizing. Salad really stale and starting to brown, dressing ordered also missing. Quick tip: just get the Cobb or Caesars from Domino's, it's usually fresh and delivery is really fast, then Popeye for the spicy chicken sandwich.

I love your Chick-fi-let sandwich deluxe and fruit salad. They have such a fresh taste and the chicken almost melts in your mouth it is so tender!
