All the food was cold. 2/3 of the medium Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were only 1/3 full. The fires were also super soft and some of them were a bit orange, looked like they were fried in dirty oil. There were small bits of chicken in my Spicy Southwest Salad that I ordered with no chicken, looks like they tired to take it off after catching their mistake. There was no ice in my drink. So disappointed because I've never had such a bad experience and we order from this chick fil a regularly.

The food arrived really quickly! Everyone liked their meals, especially the Market Salads with grilled chicken. Next time I might try the fried chicken because the grilled chicken was a little dry. Loved the waffle fries!

Not sure why you'd allow special requests if you're not going to follow them. I paid extra for a large fry and received a regular size. I also asked for light ice in my drink and I got more ice than beverage.

Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® Usually the fries are pretty good, but today they kind of tasted a bit old, like they had sat out for a bit. Maybe it's because it's later in the day, but, I was really craving some fresh, crispy fries. :( Either way, can't complain too much!
The Chicken Noodle Soup was DELISH though!
