Ordered 12ct grilled and got 8ct. Paid $3 extra for the 12ct but got the shaft. Chick fil la is becoming the new Burger King on service

I always order from CF but first time from this particular store. The chicken was SOOOO greasy, the buns soggy and they didn't even bother to give me my correct toppings or condiments. Spend $41 on this order and ended up eating egg and bread for dinner last night.

Salad is as yummy as ever. The parfait was very small considering the cost. Y'all may want to rethink the size of that or lower the price.
