As usual for Chick-fil-A, they didn't disappoint, everything was warm and tasted great, chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. The side salad was fresh.

For the first time ever I was disappointed with my meal. My biscuit was hard and dry. The chicken tasted old. The 3-4 of my greasy hash browns were smashed in the carton. I'm hoping this was a fluke & not an indication of the restaurant going downhill. The fruit cup was the highlight of my meal.

Normally Chick-n-Strips® Meal is delicious. Everything cooked to perfection. This time, the strips were fried hard and almost burned. I didn't have time to take a picture because I had to eat fast and get ready for work. I'm seeing quality is not a requirement anymore.

Chic-Fil-A does an excellent job of delivering fresh food in a smooth fashion.
Only thing I would recommend is using slightly bigger bags than what the order calls for.
A few times my fries have been smashed by my sauces to make it all fit but no worries.
Keep doing well!
