Cobb salad. The lettuce was brown and wilted. Couldn't eat it. Picked all the topping off of it. Looked like it was way out of date.
This is not the first time, but it's the worst it's ever been.

This is the second time my order is disappointing. The last time a bun from my sandwich was missing and this time the chicken on my sandwich was dry, thin, and burnt. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A so this was frustrating.

There was actually only 4 singular hash brown pieces in my Hash Brown Scramble Bowl, so that was kind of disappointing but what can you do :/

$10 for the cool wrap is crazy. It also seems to be smaller than I remember.
