I bought a large Barq's Rootbeer NO ICE. Unfortunately the soda was completely flat. It didn't have any carbonation in it. This happens far too frequently at Chick-fil-A. To my surprise today I was missing 1/4 of my Frosted Lemonade. Whoever prepared my order shorted me 1/4 of the product (drink) I should have received. Disappointing.

The last time I ordered Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal, the fries were not fully cooked. I had to put them in the air fryer to make them edible. I shouldn't have to cook the food when it comes to us. They came floppy and cold. My son's side salad with his meal had browning and clear/aged lettuce, which made the salad inedible. The quality seems worse since the new store opened, which is really disappointing.

I'm sick so I ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup. It's literally the best restaurant chicken noodle soup I've ever had for the price! Also, the Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® and Chocolate Chunk Cookie need no explanation.
