• 26-01-19So unbelievably good, every single time. I just love this place!! The portions are perfect (this will feed me more than once!), it arrives freshly prepared, and I adore these little buttercream cookies that are included in the meals. When I go in person I buy a couple to take home. It's a simple concept, chicken salad, that they've made unique and still healthy.

• 26-03-14Meal was tasty but they skimped a bit on the portion of the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on the sandwich and the grapes in my chicken salad were left whole instead of chopped. Overall it was decent but not as good as usual.

• 25-04-25No matter what state or city you get chicken salad chick from, the food is always amazing!!! Soup was hot, bread was toasted, and pasta salad was tangy. Everything was soooo good.

• 25-06-27If the ranking is for food alone then I would say they get Thumbs Up but terrible customer experience Three crackers and no utensils? Joe do you eat chicken salad without a fork or spoon??? And three crackers??
