This is my go-to when I don't know what I want for lunch. Food is consistently well-made, portion sizes are good, this location always gets my order modifications right. Food also seems to hold up well during transport.

The soup was runny and not seasoned well. In addition, there were very few potatoes and some of them were undercooked.

I've ordered from multiple locations and it seems like my chicken salad (carol) was mixed with a different one as it had shredded cheese in it and just tasted very off. The grape salad had mushy grapes like it had been sitting. Not a good experience.

The soup barely had any potatoes and most of the potatoes that were there had not been boiled long enough. This is the 2nd time I've had subpar food from here within a month's time. This used to be one of my 'go to' spots. I'm very disappointed in what was delivered to me.
