Chain restaurants should be consistent. This one is. I'm stuck on the sirloin. It's always cooked right, juicy, good flavor.  Better than the last 2 I got from XIII Bones by far. Chips and salsa is a winner and the chips last for dayyys after.

6 oz. W/ 2 sides is a must. Great value. Good piece of meat. Cheese fries didn't travel well. Corn cobs did! All 3 sirloins were cooked right. It was Chilis for the win.

Usually we have no issues with Chili's but the last few times it has been not the greatest because have not been careful with the food and it looks like a mess when it arrives. I have ordered the potato soup and the chili many times  ,but last night they were horrible.  The  chili had no meat and it tasted like they poured a extra large bottle of chili powder into the pot.  I couldn't eat it.  I tried adding sour cream and more cheese but it didn't help it.  The  potato soup wasn't much better and I only ate a few spoonfuls before giving up.  Definitely not the Birthday dinner I expected.
