i ordered the big mouth bites with loaded mashed potatoes two days in a row because i'm a heathen and couldn't help myself. yummy, fresh, worth the price

Ordered Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, no Cajun seasoning and a few pieces of chicken. Called store and manager said not his problem since l ordered from Doordash. Contact them. Doordash did take care of it but very disappointed with Chilis. Will definitely be using another location

Best chips and queso of all time. Best chips. Best White Skillet Queso that you can only find in the midwest. The salsa was also amazing and perfect flavor and slightly "watery" consistency - soooo goood

Except for the rolls, the big mouth bites were dry, tiny burgers that were over-cooked, hardly like the picture shown. The crispy chicken crispers had a lot of dry, crispy batter; very little chicken and was very dry. The egg rolls were practically hollow, void of much filling, and were over cooked. No wonder so much of the dressings are offered.

Baked potato soup ordered a bowl $10.00 ripped off by Chilis.  It was not a bowl more like a cup.  Chilis is ripping off the customer with online delivery orders.  I will never order soup from chilis again. Spoke with the manager at Lakewood store and he was useless said complain to corporate.
