The steaks were perfectly cooked.  Broccoli was delicious, and the corn on the cob too.  But the restaurant forgot the bread with the three dinner entree's.  Timely delivery too.  Have ordered from this Chili's restaurant many times.  But they need to pay attention to detail.

I was not expecting such a huge bag of chips lol. But the queso and salsa were delicious I loved it. They said you can microwave the chips which I did for a few seconds and it just elevated the taste. The chips were fresh.

Chicken Tortilla Soup container was only half full and had hardly any chicken in it. Same wth mashed potatoes. The broccoli was moldy withbrown andlack patches (not pepper). Classic Sirloin* - 6oz was tough and difficult to cut and chew.We will stick to using the Chili's at Manchester Lakes and not the one on Rt. 1 Richmond Hwy.

The steak and sides were perfect.  But Chilis always makes the same mistake with the hamburgers.  They need to separate the burger meat from the buns and lettuce and onions and tomato's.  Otherwise, the whole thing is mush by the time the burger arrives at the delivery location.  I ask them to separate the cooked meat from the other parts but they ignore me.  I call and speak to the manager.  He's nice, apologizes, hangs up, and doesn't fix the problem.

Burgers are very good.  Fries are very good.  One problem.  Chili's restaurant needs to separate the cooked meat from the buns, condiments, lettuce, tomato, etc., because they are a soggy mess by the time the food reaches your house.  I advised the wait staff and asked them to PLEASE separate these items in my order.  They will tell you they'll do it but don't.
