• 25-04-29the food is always consistent and their moo shu 89. Moo Shu Pork is the best I have found in Jacksonville... their pancakes are authentic and don't taste like Mexican tortillas... the 5. Crab Meat Rangoon (10) is always good... although I do recommend adding extra sweet and sour sauce cause in my opinion it's not enough for the full order of 10... the 22. Vegetable Fried Rice is super flavorful and the small order is plenty for one. 15. Egg Drop Soup is super eggy and has a wonderful mouth feel!!!

• 26-09-19The 64. Beef with Scallion was underwhelming. I barely got 2 oz of beef in the entire entree and the other 14 oz was scallions. I paid 19 dollars for them to cut up two scallions and serve them to me.

• 24-11-13The best Chinese I have had in Jacksonville, and I've tried almost everything. The owners make sure the food is hot and has so much flavor! I always order my food wihout carrots and broccoli and request extra other vegetables. No other restaurant has ever acommodated this request and has always skimped me. China 1, I am so happy I found you. Thank you! Delicious!!!!

• 23-10-21Best chinese food we had in a long time. They will listen if you ask for spicy. Great spice, full of flavor. Fresh ingredients, crunchy fresh onions and peppers, made to ordered fresh food. Loved it! Spare Boneless Ribs need a little improvement flavor wise. Also need to add pork spareribs to the menu.
