Burrito Bowl the rice wasn't cooked all the way. very very crunchy. Three Tacos were good. Salad- the container for dressing was 1/4 full. the bag was dry so none was spilled. Salsa was fresh and tasty. I would give them another chance with the rice.

Food was super salty super small portion even though I ordered double meat just make the food how it should be when I go into order at the store. Would definitely suggest Williamsville location instead on Main Street they always hook it up. Also there Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco taste nothing like how its supposed to taste

Burrito bowls are good. Last time we had Barbacoa which was great. This time mixed chicken & steak. Chicken is good but steak is not. Very tough & not tasty. Would not do steak again. Also "large chips" are very small. Like 1/2 a bag.

Lots of guacamole on my bowl. I love Guac, but this was almost too much. I cannot even tell if my fajita veggies were added as requested. But, overall, the bowl tasted GREAT! Not a lot of chips or Queso considering the price, but both taste good.

I used to order from Milestrip and they would mess my stuff up literally every order, so I always ate free cuz I would get it refunded. This location is becoming a repeat of Milestrip. you guys normally get the order right, but i feel like more often than not the food is unseasoned when I order from this location which is a bit annoying, on top of constantly being sold a small bag of chips for the price of a large. You have a scale for this in the back, i know you do because i was an employee at southwestern and we had one, please use it. last time i ordered a large bag, you guys did actually send me a burrito bag filled half way with chips. thank you for that, but really I just want what im paying for.
